Can I change or cancel my order?

As our aim is to process orders as quickly as possible, it is not possible to cancel or change any orders. Your order can be returned for a full refund upon receipt, within 8 days.

What payment methods are accepted?


We accept all major cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments by PayPal and Multibanco.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During festive and sales seasons, your order may take longer to process. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?

The prices shown on our website are tax-free in euros, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import taxes, customs duties and related customs fees may be charged when your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by the local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the user and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received is/are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective merchandise. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references when you receive your order. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
